Messed up Ativan Schedule

I used to take Ativan 1 mg at night and 1mg at 11 AM.

I have tapered off the night time Ativan now. Because of ongoing insomnia and worsened withdrawals last night, I ended up taking an Ativan at 7 AM. (4h before the usual time) Will I be ok skipping the 11 AM Ativan and taking it tomorrow as usual?

4h isn't that much. Maybe take your next dose a little earlier if you need to and the continue as usual.
