Hi. I’m 17 years and 16 gr Xanax a day. I’m down to Chlodiazepoxidoe 5 mg, from less than one gram of Xanax last night. I am pushing through Sunday, that is my goal.

Hi @[Bo...] Welcome to BB - we're so glad you're here. You've found a GREAT place to start your taper journey. I tapered off two benzos at the same time - and this forum and community helped me MORE than any other avenue including my Dr. 

Just to clarify - have you been on a benzo for 17 years? Or you're 17 years old? Are you saying your on 16 mg of xanax? Or another dose? It sounds like you're on another medication of Librium - generic Chlodiazpoxidoe? When I googled Chlodiazpoxidoe I didn't find anything.
