Pregabalin/clonazepam; wanting to taper, question

Say I just recently started taking Pregabalin 75mg twice daily along with Clonazepam 0.5mg as neede (maybe once or twice a week).

Would I be able to reduce the Pregabalin by say either 75mg once a day instead of twice, or be able to get a 50mg refill and take 50mg twice daily instead of 75mg twice daily? Also is it safe to take Clonazepam as needed maybe once or twice a week instead of every single day?

I figure i'd taper pregabalin first, clonazepam seems like it'd be better to do last, I also like that it's pill form and splits super easily along with it comes it lower strengths.
