I can't figure out how to open the capsules without losing the medicine. Is there a good way to do this?

   Hello pianogirl, it's Temazepam. My psychiatrist just told me to empty the contents into

10 ml. of water, remove 1 ml. and drink the rest. No other instructions.

Thanks for the information. I am not certain about the viability using water for tapering temazepam. Hopefully someone who has knowledge of this drug will weigh in,
