Xanax Taper... Am I going too fast?

I started doing a liquid taper off of 2mg total daily xanax using milk. I found the spreadsheet on a video I watched and decided to go for it, but the guy that posted the video was weaning off of .5 mg Klonopin. So basically he says you should start with 120 ml of milk, dissolve your tablets in that, take out whatever ml you have to take out for that day, and separate the rest into 4 doses. You're to start by removing .5 ml on the first day and continue removing additional .5 ml every day.

My problem is that I'm on day 10, and I've removed 5.5 ml today, so tomorrow will be 6 ml, but I am feeling withdrawal symptoms already. I actually had an anxiety attack in the pet store the other night.

Am I going too fast with taking more and more out every day? Should I be taking less out? Should I stabilize for a while?? I'm not sure what to do here. It seems like such a minute amount, but I'm already having trouble. Should I just dose back up and start over? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just an FYI... I've been taking it for around 12 years now.

Please tell me if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks so much! ❤🙏🏻
