Because I've been experiencing frequent withdrawal symptoms. Maybe I have reahced 

tolerance, I think.

As I mentioned before, your taper has been very long, if you’re miserable, it might be a good idea to speed things up.  If a slow taper is working then its a good idea to keep going at the same pace, but if it’s not then I’d try making larger reductions.
