Hope you’re doing well. My god, wouldn’t that be amazing if it was aha. I have heard/read that the supplement GABA doesn’t cross the blood brain barrier. I have also heard that it has negative effects on some people in benzo withdrawal. My consensus at this point is, time is the only true healer.
