GABA Supplement

Recommended Posts

Hi @[...],

Hope you’re doing well. My god, wouldn’t that be amazing if it was aha. I have heard/read that the supplement GABA doesn’t cross the blood brain barrier. I have also heard that it has negative effects on some people in benzo withdrawal. My consensus at this point is, time is the only true healer. The less you try and mess with GABA receptors the better. Just my thoughts. Maybe someone has experience trying the supplement that can share. Hope this helps.
