So im working on my taper and was curious how people have done theirs. I’ve been trying to divide my dosage fairly evenly across the day, maybe a little more in the morning. First dose when I wake up, second midday, then third in the later afternoon/dinner time. I
 

Any thoughts on this approach? Thanks so very much for the help.
