Dry Throat/ Tongue

I am having problems with dry throat.  Feels like numb spots on the tongue.  Has anyone had thing and what did you do to make it more tolerable. It also comes and goes.

Hi @[Ja...] - I didn't have this particular symptom myself but I've seen it mentioned here a few times.    I've also seen a dry cough with a tickly throat mentioned. Benzos affect us in such an incredible variety of ways, all sorts of body sensations  occur in withdrawal.  I hope you get some answers but in the meantime you could enter the term "dry throat" into the search box.
