Today I went out, but It was too loud and the brightness bothered me. A friend of mine wanted me to stay. I was afraid of telling him that I am sensitive right now. At first I was hard on myself, but then I realised I am in the middle of a withdrawal, and it is ok to feel uneasy. I tryed my best!

Hello @[Al...] -  I'm so glad you had the realization it's okay to feel uneasy right now!  This is a time to really take care of yourself in every way you can.  This includes being extra kind to yourself.  You're so right, we have to respect our limits.  It's normal in withdrawal to be easily overstimulated by loud sounds, bright lights and all kinds of sensory input.  That's just the way it is for you.  It won't always be like this.  But it is right now.
