Hi @[...] A setback could be a wave yes. Generally a 'setback' might be described as something specific that has triggered a longer period of a wave. For example, I've been off two benzos for three months. I've experienced a series of windows and waves, however recently I incurred a 'setback' when I started eating sugar and gluten. 

By reintroducing this into my diet - it has hindered my recovery for more than just a few days.\ A member described a significant setback about a month ago when he went to the dentist and was given Fluoride. He immediately knew this substance was what caused the setback - which resulted in several recurring symptoms that mimic benzo WD. These are just a couple examples. 

13 months is a really long for a 'wave'. How long have you been off? Or are you still tapering?

Thank you been of just over 2 years.wass on 45mg Diazapan my doctor tapered me of in a year she said it was a slow taper. Jumped off at 2 mgs.i had set back 13 months ago when my dad passed away.  Been getting worse ever since . X
