Stinging

So I know that histamine issues can cause stinging burning nerves and I have that every day but does anyone else get the irritated stinging nerve feeling after exercise?  Now by exercise I don't mean gym or running etc but just regular walking or housework etc?  My nerves go crazy if I do almost anything. Ty

I had what you describe first time after… a leg arteries echo exam. The doctor really pushed his instrument on my legs. I started to experience burning feeling a bit later and in a couple of hours it was “like my legs were immersed in puréed nettles”, or jelly fishes if it is more familiar for you. no exaggeration. Literally crying out loud (and I am a really really silent person) in shock.
Now I get it after diazepam dose and it fades bearably enough.

 I tell you as an example of how it can present itself, I totally can understand you feel it with walking

@[Da...] Hi there. I have had stinging and burning nerves - but not necessarily after cleaning the house or house work. But... I have had my nerves/skin/scalp 'on fire'. Terrible pain. It's gotten a little better over time since jumping but I have to be REALLY careful what I eat. If I eat ANY amount of inflammatory foods... the histamine response in my body is really wild.
