Can you function

Hi just wondered how people coped during withdrawal?you you function(ie daily activities,/work.)or bed bound most days I'm more or less bed bound but I have other health issues too

I‘m bedridden since 11 months. Absolutely not functioning.

I still can't leave the house after 8.5 months. I do get up and get dressed as though everything is "normal".  Showering requires concentration. I can't stand at the cooker for very long so its soup or sandwiches for the time being. Food is delivered weekly thank goodness.

In terms of other health issues I wonder if its better to treat them all as one thing and not separate issues, ie. we are not well and therefore need to rest until we are better, simple as that. Try and keep things as uncomplicated as possible.

Hi, I started my taper at .75mg of Xanax in May and I'm down to .125mg now ( 1/2 of a .25mg tab/day), and I have not been greatly troubled. Still work, socialize, travel, and am in the process of a move out of state. I've had some minor tremors and anxious moments with the second cut, but walking, yoga, deep breathing and other self-help measures have kept me going. The worst thing I found is to sit still and ruminate. The only sx now is fatigue and tiredness in the afternoon.
