That resonates with me, yes. I am not experiencing any spasms at the moment, but when I did have them, standing up was like activating a cattle prod in my midsection - spasms, electrical sensations, painful zaps that made me double over. And yes, vague numbness. You're not alone.

Oh and what benzo were/are you tapering?

How long were u on the benzo before Taper?

Hi Ns,

I am still tapering.

I am down to .22 mg of Klon. (from 1.125 mg in 2022)

I don't have any abdominal symptoms right now, and haven't had any for a few weeks. I have had those issues off and on over the course of my taper, though, so I won't be surprised if they make a comeback. I seem to have moved on to severe insomnia and mental anguish. Good times.
