Hypersensitive Abdominal Nerves/Muscles

So I know a lot have benzo belly here, but I have this weird tickle that happens in my rectum/spine where I feel twitching and clenching that is insanely hyperactive to trapped gas. I can be fine one second and two seconds later I’ll feel gas and the entire lower rectum just stats to tickle and tingle and the gas gets trapped and my lower spine and pelvis gets all tight and I get instant panic. I can’t get rid of the sensation no matter what I do. Sometimes I’ll randomly pass gas and get relief. Sometimes the relief lasts hours and other times five seconds later it will repeat itself. Sometimes this will last for days without relief. The nerves and muscles are just firing off at will and it’s maddening. My worst symptom by a mile. It’s pain but not in the traditional sense. It’s sensory and it’s tied to my brain. It causes panic and then the panic reinforces the sensation and then it gets a life of its own. I hate this.

My large bowel caused panic for me too. Some of of my notes say I felt the traverse bowel to the anus.

I'm a year off and for the past couple of months I will feel "funny"but am able to not go into panic.

When I had full panic attacks I would usually have a bowel movement. Sometimes that was enough to stop the attack.

I had a colonoscopy. Negative.

Also I feel much calmer all over if I fast few a few days.

I don't know how or why but the bowels are a big factor in my anxiety.
