In July 2023, I had a relapse of my depression/anxiety after 5 years. Anxiety was intense so I began using Klonopin daily. Initially, I’d take .25 mg of Klonopin. I’d go a few days without any Klonopin but then I’d have an anxiety “melt down” which would cause me to take a higher dosage (.5mg) to stop the crying, no appetite etc.  This became a vicious cycle for the last 3 months. I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting better. . . I realized I needed to stop the Klonopin! I had started doing Neurofeedback to help with my anxiety. However, this required me to be off Klonopin. I chose to stop cold Turkey & I have been off Klonopin for over 2 weeks. I have experienced crazy withdrawal symptoms. Anyone else been through this similar situation?
