Self esteem, self worth and paranoia

I’m nearly 29 months out from Ativan prescribed for an antibiotic injury 

 

I haven’t worked since 2020. I can’t socialise much and I can’t exercise. A lot of people have abandoned me and even ghosted me. I also just got out of a relationship with a narcissist who destroyed whatever little confidence and self worth I had left. 
 

My self esteem is for the most part non existent atm. Gone is the confident, happy person who worked full time and felt good about herself. I’m paranoid all the time that people don’t like me. I constantly feel like people abandon me or want to get away from me.

 

I’m just wondering if I’m alone in this? And if it will get better? Thanks.

My brother is a narcissist and an evil person. I was staying with him. It got so bad I would pray to get out of there until he kicked me out for no reason. People at work look at me like there's something wrong with me. It's embarrassing.

I am the same. I have no one. All left me. Saying my symptoms were all in my head or could not t tolerate me

I feel for you all.....I've been abandoned by my friends and family...they were getting very abusive and it's because I can't be available to them like I used to I'm too I'll....BBS is like family so we are not alone.....I'm not a Bible basher but we have Gone unconditional love and strength although being in the place I/we can't feel anything our emotions are blocked with the benzos🙏
