I don't know if anyone has this but when I'm out in public, like at work, if someone just stops and looks at me, my heart drops and I start shaking. This so stupid and I'm so tired of it.

     You are "feeling your healing".  Don't lose heart...it will pass.   We've all been there. Time is our best friend! Hang in there.

It's horrible what benzo withdrawal puts us through.  I remember being terribly self conscious during withdrawal.  I felt extremely awkward and was convinced everyone could see what I was feeling on the inside.  This phase will pass as you heal.  Like all withdrawal symptoms it is temporary.

Well, apparently they did see me shaking. It's ver hard and sometimes I don't think I'm going to make it.

It's not a good feeling.  It can help to remember that in general other people probably spend way less time focused on us than we think they do.  

I know what it feels like to wonder if you have the strength to get through this.  But you've already made it this far and I think this shows you have a great deal of strength, the strength to get through the rest.
