What are the chances of developing tolerance withdrawal?

Hi mdfox1 I appreciate your knowledge I've been on a ten year search..maybe we qualify as doctors they only train for 7years but we have insight. My gp prescribed me melatonin which I don't know how that works there has been talk of lindocaine injections and nerve blocks but the last time I went to a pain clinic they stopped all my pain meds and just gave me accupunture which didn't work I will def ask my np about memantine thanks my gp is useless she doesn't review my meds.  Hope you are well(sort of)🥴🙏
