Ativan withdrawal

I stop  ativan from one week at 0.25 mg but my tinnitus being very load
i want to back to it and making slow withdrow
but
I took 2 pills 0.5 ativan after my withdrwal 
how can i begin? with 0.25 and increase it or in 0.5 mg
I feel tired and my tinnitus get louder and then I knew that I kindil it 
I want to return to ativan for several months then make slow withdrwal 
I am going to the doctor next week but I want to take advices
what the amount should I  take daily 
and only ativan? or can I use valium

@[Ya...], why do you want to reinstate and taper? What was the reason you took 2 pills of Ativan?
