Anyone else experience increased cortisol/anxiety closer to bedtime? This is brutal. My heart is pounding right now and my face is flushed.

@[Mo...] I am unsure if cortisol does this to me, but my symptoms ramp up every night. I also become flushed. All my symptoms are worse at night and in turn, cause me anxiety. Sleep is affected.

Mine is highest in the mornings right after waking up. 1st thing I do after waking is hop on my bike for 20 mins to lower levels. Low to moderate aerobic exercise is one of the best ways to lower it naturally.
