Another tough night people. Bad sleep last night, more panic today. Some slight muscle twitches, tension in the temple of my head. Words of encouragement would be amazing rn. Thanks fam. 🙏🙏

You’re going to get through this you have to keep pushing through but you will make it. My muscles ache tonight and my tinnitus is bothering me. But I know it will get better!

Yep, sleep is very tough in wd! Not much of it for me since tapering 3 1/2 years ago ( just finished). We're all in this together and, when we all do eventually sleep, once again, it will be sweet!! Take care M!
