Just Found Out I’m Pregnant- how can I taper more quickly?

I just found out I’m pregnant 🤰 

I know the science says no benzo while pregnant. Worried about tapering more quickly to be done within a month or two… I mean either way I’m rolling dice…

 

what is everyone’s input? I value everyone’s opinion

Congratulations on the pregnancy! Have you spoken to your doctor? I think the first step is to let your doctor know and work with them in terms of making this easy on you and your baby.

Thank you @[pi...] we’re so excited we’ve been trying for a while. I just want to come off the benzos now even more quickly. Ahh, yes I do need to speak with my doctor/ he’s so willing to help me however he can. But who can stop this withdrawal? It’s going to happen. Just curious how quickly I can taper down without causing too much damage
