Can I increase my dose after cold tukey withdrwal to stable?

 I was using ativan for 3 weeks 0.5 every day,
I had withdrawal from the inter-dose and my tinnitus became worse <so my doctor advised me to reduce the post-drip to 0.25 for several days
3 days ago I was suffering from severe tinnitus so I decided to restore and withdraw. slowly
  So my question:

Today I took 0.5 mg of Ativan, but I think this dose is not enough to stabilize my nervous system, because I was suffering from tolerance withdrawal.
Interstitial dose withdrawal
  ? Should I increase my dose to 1mg a day and then take it?
Should I take 0.5 mg for several days or stay on 1 mg straight away?

Hello @[Ya...]  I know you're having a hard time with tinnitus and it's miserable.  Have you ever had tinnitus before and have you taken and stopped benzodiazepines before?

no, but i had tinnitus already, I want only to went to the baseline

@[Ya...]I believe your tinnitus will return to baseline as you heal.
