Ear buzzing ?

Does anyone else get buzzing in left ear only?  So strange and I'm not sure if it's my ear or the brain itself

Yes my perception of tinnitus buzzing and droning and other higher frequency sounds felt in the left ear. Strange because all the painful head symptoms like intense squeezing and tightness is on the right side of my head.

I have more obvious buzzing in my right ear.
