Sever tinnitus after Withdrawal from Ativan 0.5

Hi 
I had tinnitus and I take ativan 0.5 for 3 weeks every night 
I think i had tolerance withdrwal or interdose one 
my tinnitus bacame worse and when i stopped it (from 2 days) after (0.25 for for days) the ringing bacame unbearable
What should I do? waiting for it or high my dose and start from the beginning?

@[Ya...] the tinnitus is just ramped up because you stopped taking Ativan which probably made your already existing tinnitus easier to deal with. 
 

I am still waiting to get my baseline tinnitus back but it slowly is getting there. I’d say I’m 50%

 

it takes time but if you can remind yourself this tinnitus increase is just temporary it will help you push through time
