If you’re thinking of adding any supplement, try starting at 1/16th of a daily dose. Hold on that dose for a week, then go to 1/8th for a week, and so on… 

Sneaking the supplement past a system on high alert gives us the best chance of avoiding a reaction.

I’m onboarding Magnesium Glycinate at the moment. I buy it as powder, but you can also use capsules… open the capsules and divide the contents keeping in mind that 1 capsule is usually only about 1/3 of a daily dose, so you would start by taking 1/3 to 1/2 of the contents of 1 capsule and work your way up.
