Tapering from clonazapam and terrified

Hello everyone,

i’m tapering from clonazapam. My doctor put me on 100 mg of gabapentin three times a day. I don’t really like the way it makes me feel I feel like I sleep or want to sleep all the time I take half of a 0.25 disintegrating tablet of Klonopin in the morning and a whole tablet of 0.25 in the evening two days ago I started experiencing sudden pain in the back of my scalp shoulder and arm on the right side, I went to the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack, I’m feeling depression pain just completely out of sorts. I can’t even imagine how I’m going to feel when I start dropping more doses. I don’t know if the actual pain is part of this withdrawal. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
