Wave at 23 months off

Hi , I'm here just feeeling a wave that sets in every evening . It's like in the beginning in Acute stages when a wave would hit and I would notice a pattern a certain time of day. Anyone else notice this type setback at almost 2 years off? Would be nice to come out if this one along with the dreaded inner trembles.

Have you had an increase in stress or any new stressors prior to this setback? Often we see a connection between a wave or setback and an increase in stress.  It can be any kind of stress. Some examples are a cold, conflict with others, or pushing yourself too hard with work or exercise.
