I switched over from Alprozam and am down to 6 mg. Have been cutting 10 percent every 2 weeks. Some wd symptoms. Seems like AShtom recommends cutting 1 mg per cut at end. I know at some point the linear question will come up, but just wondering if people have had success with the 1mg reductions or have gone 10 percent?

I would follow a symptoms based taper, @[...], and adjust accordingly. 

If you can go at 1mg without too much trouble, then continue, otherwise, reduce your reduction percentage. 

Only you will know how you tolerate your reductions. Everyone is different… some can tolerate the larger reductions whereas others need to reduce at a much lower percentage.
