Need support in India (Bangalore)

Is there any one here from India or Bangalore? I was hoping to make a group of folks who can call and support each other where folks can hop on and off and talk to someone for giving each other hope, distraction, support.

My main symptoms are constant panic, mental akathisia and depression due to benzo and antidepressant withdrawal. I am currently on Clomipramine, Olanzapine, Etizolam and Diazepam.

Does any one know how to setup a 24x7 video chat room where members can hop on and off and support each other? Like a 24x7 zoom call or something similar. Maybe a whatsapp group? When someone needs support, they would just call the group and whoever is available can join the call and support. What do you think? Thanks.

@[da...] buddie if you have akathisia,then why are you on antipsychotics????
