3 months and reinstate clonzapam.25mg in morning

I have been totally withdrawal from clonzapam.5mg for 3 months.but I have rensitate clonzapam.25mg from last 3 days .help me with this?? What should i do now

Harpal hi.  I'm not sure of your circumstances,  but it sounds like you reinstated at 3 months post taper.  You must have been feeling very bad.... did it cut you a break?     3 months post taper for me also, was a very rough time.   Remember that your symptoms now are exaggerated.... they aren't what you'll be, once you get through it.

Once, post taper, I used benzos.  I hadn't thrown them away yet and I was on a road trip with my partner, and not sleeping....  I got desperate.  The pills didn't work.... I ended up flushing them down the toilet in a motel.   I haven't reinstated again... I'm learning now, how to deal with my withdrawal symptoms,  but it takes time and gentleness.  And support!

I think in the Ashton manual,  it's considered OK to go back to your former taper dose, or back to post taper... if it's been a week or less.   

Do you have a medical support person, or counselor in your life?  It could be a rocky ride for the first several months...
