Long night

I had a long night Sat into Sun.  Nausea was bad on Sat.,  but lessened a bit at dinner.  I ate, but too much and regretted it.  Now it's a new morning and I'm better...Yeah!  I'm taking it slow, though:  just toast and tea.  So far, so good.

I’m glad today is better so far. It’s always important to be thankful for small improvements while in withdrawal.

Thanks for your acknowledge and affirmation.  I'm finding that it's really important to check in with you folks every day.  It always feels good to know that this group is there and listening.
