I'm so angry at people!!!

I'm so mad at the world, my neighbours and, particularly, nasty people from my past. I keep reliving everything! I dealt with everything as it happened (really!) and now I have to do it all again! I've been such a pleasant person through it all but now I want to get even and I hate them all ( even my nasty, very nosy neighbour!) Taper is done but now, buut I'm dealing with all this  crap. I think my partner is shocked by my very uncharacteristic behaviour! Will it go away??? Thanks for hearing me out!!

Mood swings are common in withdrawal....   you'll eventually get back to normal
