It's more of a crushing turmoil than anxiety I feel, Heart racing, restless legs, panic attacks is a new symptom, makes me pace and cry, inner tremors, shivering, head feels like it will burst... Not sure if I can hold on. If the turmoil, anxiety, heart racing would stop I could cope maybe. Omg I hate to keep posting but someone please tell me it's normal. I feel like I'm dying

Bloods checked a few weeks ago and thyroid, all ok. I don't know how much more I can take.not had a window three and half weeks

Help.me please, I need calming down. How do I get through this????help

9 months here too! Same mix of symptoms. We just have to keep trucking. I definitely don't want to ever go through a taper or acute wd again so what other choice is there? I don't really have windows-symptoms have lessened a tad but always prevalent.

@[Bi...]You WILL make it. We will make it. You will pull through. I see you are in so much pain. I am in a wave, too. I am trying deep breathing. Eating too when I have morbid thoughts about it. It's a most disturbing experience. Maybe will try a cold shower, see if it helps. Just think of something else, try to distract, I know it is very hard. I am praying for all of us.

@[Bi...] @[ne...] you will get through this. It took me about a year to recover from my CT of xanax which I took daily for several years in doses of 1mg to 4mg. I thought I was dying with RLS at night ,tinnitus, dizziness, and all-over malaise during the day, horrid anxiety and panic attacks. But they gradually ebbed and disappeared. So it feels rotten to you now, but I think you will start to notice improvement. It helped me to  keep a journal about what I was feeling and note when one of the awful things left. I, too, had to find things to distract me . . . binge-watching sf shows, lots of music. Oh, and all my "systems" checked out okay, too. No mystery disease to blame all this on.

Best wishes.
