Insomnia, depression, emotional numbness and stress are so high that every moment is a battle. I am suffering from ED too. I'm 14 months out.

Hello @[Sc...]  I'm so sorry to see you suffering like this.  I know it's hard to believe but at 14 months out it isn't unusual to have intense withdrawal symptoms.  It can be really hard to get through even one hour at a time.  But you are moving forward through each day as your system heals behind the scenes.

My alternate medicine doctor wants me to take herbs like Brahmi, Ashwagandha. But they are gaba inhibitors, what do I do, I'm so confused..

Me too man. 14 months. Every second is terrible. Ed is horrible. All my hormones are wrecked
