Can I use Ashwagandha during Xanax withdrawal

Dear all please help, Can I use  Ashwagandha during Xanax withdrawal. I am currently battling with anxiety and low libido

@[Le...]  I don't know anything about Ashwagandha, so hopefully others who do will chime in.   During the withdrawal and recovery process it is recommended to be careful about introducing new medications or supplements.   It may be perfectly safe, but there is also the risk that it may cause some difficulties as you withdrawal.   

Also, everyone is different.   Some people may be able to tolerate it during withdrawal and others will not.   If you do want to try it, I would start with a very small amount and see how it goes.
