I’m at 7 months very sick headaches fatigued and nausea very bad reflux anyone has this or what is your experience at 7 months

I wasn't healed at 7 months and still had a lot of symptoms.  The symptoms you describe are common in withdrawal.  I hope you can find a way to help with reflux.  I had that too.  I ended up getting a wedge pillow to sleep on - it elevated my head and shoulders.  It helped me a lot.
