I want to know if there are any success stories about those who have completed tapering that things actually went back to baseline with the histamine related issues. 
 

I’ve read and went down so many rabbit holes with this stuff. I’ve seen things about MCAS but have also seen that Valium in particular blocks the production of DAO, which are different. I know treating both is the same thing but I don’t want to be on a low histamine diet for the rest of my life. I want to know that there is hope that this does eventually reset after it’s all said and done.
