Has anyone held/slowed down their taper and noticed their GI symptoms and Benzo Belly improved after awhile. Afterall, Benzo Belly is a WD symptom and as long as we are not in tolerance, theoretically we shouldn't be experiencing these symptoms if we aren't actively tapering. Thoughts? Examples? I tapered for 2 years with no Benzo Belly, just occasional mild cramping that was not an issue. Since three months ago I destabilized badly and benzo belly has been extreme. Just looking for some hope. Im still in a deep WD state and not stable in the slightest so not surprised the Benzo Belly is still rampant.
