Can you get addicted to Benzo after 50 times use over a period  of 4 months. ? 

I'm on 0.5 mil of Klonopin. Which I've only used 5 time. Prior to that i was an Ativan.  

I recently spoke to a psychiatrist in September 2023 he switched me to Klonopin,but want me to start Zoloft. How would I taper from 0.5 mil of Klonopin.? I don't know what to do.

@[st...], have you decided to reinstate the Klonopin?

 But to answer your question, your body can become dependent on the medication even if you’ve only taken it for a limited amount of time.  Are you feeling symptoms of withdrawal, if you are, then your body has likely become dependent.
