Omg what is going on my sx are so i tense im off 23 months im numb my head is invisible I cant think is this normal I eat healthy will I be ok I took an antihistamines I have a cold my anxiety and fear are dtkl baf will this get bettet im afraid

Hi @[De...], are you saying you have a cold and you took an antihistamine and it ramped up your symptoms?

Its awful when this happens but don't worry @[De...]   it will settle down again, I know it's scary but it will come good again.

@[De...], I’d say depression is normal for someone suffering this nightmare for 23 months, who wouldn’t be?  Have you suffered with it before benzo’s?  Are you on an A/D?  

It sounds like from what other members are saying the antihistamine likely ramped up your symptoms, have those calmed down at all?

Thanks everyone,  its hard to tell cause my sd are always intense.  Im so numb and dodr head burnt stuff. I won't take them anymore just in case. Will I get better

If it was the antihistamine that caused this, then I have no doubt it will pass, setbacks are temporary.
