When to jump?

I'm down to .082mg of Xanax nightly. When do most people jump? I could use a litte advice. Thanks

Congrats on being at .082!  I would go by how you feel at this point rather than by an absolute number.  Jumping can be quite scarey, but you will ultimately do it and recover with time.
