Healing after bedridden?

[I ...]

Recommended Posts

I can't get out of bed, can't walk.  It hurts to sit up for longer than 1 min.   I am on my 21st month after jumping off Xanax.  I was taking Xanax for ~6months, got to 1mg a day, tapered for ~7months and not fully off for 21 months.

Has anyone read stories of someone being bedridden at 21 months and then healing soon after?

So sorry you are dealing with this. I have definitely heard of people healing after long bouts of being in bed. I relate as I have been almost 100% bedridden for 22 months. This started after a direct switch from lorazepam to clonazepam.  I'm interested in responses.

What symptoms are keeping you bedbound? I know it's different for everyone.
