13 months off CT

Is anyone else NOT a windows/waves person? Am I too early off for that pattern? I just am. I have just slowly gotten better as time has passed…both physically and mentally  

 

I already know the answer. Everyone is different and no one knows. But it would be nice to hear others similar stories hopefully?

No windows here yet at 9 months off. I have read some are not windows/waves people but slowly improve.

Almost 11 months off and have progressively been getting worse.  Had one window in Month 5.  
 

I’ve been dealing with some stuff with divorce recently that has been destroying my nervous system though.  My body can’t handle the hurt and anger.  Just breaks down.  And in month 7/8 I had a separate health issue that was destroying my system as well.
