Does anyone have recommendations on a good probiotic that seems effective for us tapering benzos?

Hi. I had this issue,too. The first probiotic did not work ( I gave it a week and nothing). I then tried a different company and type and, after 2 days, there was much, much improvement and it worked. Differnttypes work for dif5fer people.

I have always heard that probiotics don't change things overnight. You may have to try using one for a week before making a judgement. If you are trying to improve your gut health due to digestive issues caused by withdrawal you may want to look into probiotics that don't have a ton of sugar(especially if sugar is an exaxerbator of your symptoms).

You could try Smidge, as suggested by a coach, to me. It’s expensive but you can take it in tiny amounts.
