I’m 3 years post-water-taper. Sys are mostly manageable But- hit with Terrible skin pain and neuralgia a few days ago!! Treatment ideas???TYIA

I have this too. It’s called allodynia and to me it feels like when you have bad flu and skin is super sensitive to touch and kinda sore. Interested to hear if anyone has any tips for this
