Back to ambien?

Has anyone ever went from tolerance to ambien to a benzo for a while reached tolerance and then went back to ambien? When I first stated on ambien 13 years ago I was on 30 mg temazepam for a month didn't like the way it made me feel next day so immediately started taking 10 mg ambien and never looked back. Worked great for 12 years without a hiccup no daytime withdrawal at all. Now I'm on 2 mg ativan and experience interdose and was just wondering since I've heard ambien hits the same receptors as benzos. Just curious is all and am desperate for answers . Thank you

With 2mg of Ativan taken once a day, I imagine you could run into interdose withdrawl because Ativan is a short acting Benzo.
