Arms

So I have pain pretty much everywhere but a real strange place that is SUPER painful is tops of arms. Almost under arms. Feels like someone is trying to pull my arms out of their sockets 😳. Anyone else?  Ty

Yes, I get this too, but usually it's only in bed.  It's so painful, right?

It’s very common @[Da...]. Benzodiazepines are muscle relaxants, so it’s only expected that we experience aches and pains as we taper and recover. Just know that it’s nothing abnormal.

You are not alone I felt like I was being stretched on a torture rack now my pain is shifted into my hips from my feet to my hands back-and-forth we go unbelievable what we must endure. I don’t get much sleep, but when I do I often wonder what’s going to hurt tomorrow

Right!  Nowadays I’m terrified to go to sleep for fear of what’s going to hit me in the morning !
