Heartbeat / Hard Pulse in Head

WTH is this??? I feel my heartbeat bounding in my head/brain. I do not hear it; I feel it pounding. Anyone else? Dysautonomia?

My heartbeat was crazy when I quit Ativan, for several months. Got an EKG, got an ultrasound of my heart. All came back "normal".

But I know what you mean, it's scary when you're aware of your heart beating, especially when it's pounding/racing/irregular. Don't know what the correct scientific name is, but I know that the other name you can use for it is "withdrawal".

I started wearing a fitbit and checking it to remind me that everything was still "normal", even though it didn't feel "normal" for weeks and really freaked me out.
